In preparation for Advent, imagine if we had a "report" like a credit card statement that showed us where we spend our time. We can scan the report to see just how much time we spend with the Creator of the Universe. Jesus does tell us that we will have anxieties and that tribulations are imminent ; likely to occur at any minute and this speaks to preparedness. We have 4 weeks to prepare for Jesus' coming.

There is nothing concealed that will not be revealed. (Lk 12:1-7). Roll tape refers to getting ready to watch a video or a film. So, what if there was film of everything you have ever done? Do you think God has "bad film" on you? He could of course but He really doesn't bother with that because He is focused on "good film", our good actions that mimic Him. In this episode, we consider why God would not recall our sins that are confessed.

Today we ask the question; What do you do first thing in the morning? What is your routine? Is it social media, the news, or your email? Giving God time (first) will change your life by allowing Him to speak to you through His Word before you encounter anything in your day. God as a priority! What a life-changing concept.

Today we look at the similarities between Luke 7:1-10 and Matthew 8:5-13 and their depiction of the faith of the Roman Centurion. The love that the Centurion had for his slave was sufficient for the Centurion to show his true allegiance, not to Rome but to Jesus.
